The Client Service Representative (CSR) at Littlestown Veterinary Hospital provides an exceptional experience to clients during every interaction. This role involves engaging clients, performing administrative tasks such as record maintenance and appointment tracking, managing practice reception (visitor and telephone), maintaining veterinary medical records, accounts maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing, and mail services. The CSR utilizes practical knowledge of practice processes, services, regulations governing visitors and animal patient treatment, and veterinary record requirements and terminology to ensure excellent patient care and client experience. The ideal candidate will have the potential to transition into a Veterinary Assistant role within 6 months of hire, with cross-training provided. This is an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Technician student. The anticipated schedule includes one day off during the week and a weekend rotation.
