About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team supporting VCA Yucca Valley Animal Hospital and VCA 29 Palms Animal Hospital. We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets. Why This Role Matters As the face of the hospital, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for every client interaction and plays a key role in building trust, supporting patient care, and ensuring smooth daily operations across both locations.

Requirements

  • Experience in veterinary, medical, or high-volume customer service required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable discussing services, recommendations, and fees with clients
  • Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to work across both Yucca Valley and 29 Palms locations

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service—greet clients, answer phones, and guide visits
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to support hospital flow
  • Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and client communication
  • Clearly communicate services, recommendations, and fees; process payments
  • Maintain accurate medical records, charts, and client correspondence
  • Support a clean, safe, and organized hospital environment
  • Work collaboratively with veterinary and technical teams
