About The Position
The Ballston Spa Veterinary Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join their family at their state-of-the-art, 10,000 square foot clinic. They serve clients seven days a week and are looking for an applicant who wants to work nights and weekends. The clinic focuses on interactive experiences with clients and their pets, valuing a positive work-life balance and believing that empowerment, training, humor, and mutual respect are keys to success. Team excellence is paramount to achieving the best care for pets.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or retail
- High computer literacy and an attention to detail
- Capable of working on your feet and lifting a bag of pet food (5-32 pounds)
Responsibilities
- Be the face of the clinic and ensure a top-notch client experience that exceeds their expectations.
- Interact first hand with the six doctors and gain extensive knowledge of the veterinary field.
- Manage the appointment schedule on a fully integrated computer system.
- Manage digital records and other clerical duties.
