We are looking for a motivated, friendly, awesome person to be a part of our Client Service Representative (CSR) Team! This role involves customer service functions, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms. The CSR acts as a liaison between the client and the medical team, schedules and confirms appointments, and places outbound calls for follow-ups and to reach out to prospective clients. Additionally, the role involves presenting and explaining fees, processing payments, and recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions. The CSR also screens emergency patients and incoming specialty patients, and manages medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
