About The Position

Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming and supportive hospital environment Work alongside experienced DVMs, RVTs, and support staff Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services Schedule appointments efficiently while supporting smooth patient flow Triage patients appropriately and communicate priorities with the medical team Address client questions, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating when needed Maintain accurate client and patient records with strong attention to detail and confidentiality Process payments and manage billing inquiries accurately Support daily front desk operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining clean and organized reception and waiting areas Communicate clearly with both clients and team members to ensure a positive experience for pets and their people About You Previous experience in a customer service or veterinary front desk role preferred Friendly, professional, and compassionate communicator Comfortable handling sensitive situations with empathy and discretion Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Why You’ll Love It Here Central Sacramento location – close to freeways, restaurants, and shopping Ample parking, including private staff parking behind the hospital A small but mighty team that truly supports one another If you love working with people as much as pets and want to be part of a collaborative, supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!
