About The Position

The Animal Eye Center of NJ is an AAHA-accredited facility that utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and gold-standard diagnostic methods to address all of your pet’s ophthalmic needs. Our distinguished professional, technical, and administrative support teams are known for their quality care, communication, and compassion throughout the treatment process. The AEC veterinary team, featuring our board-certified veterinary ophthalmologist, is highly skilled and maintains an admired reputation for medical excellence. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinic operations while welcoming and assisting our guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of customer service experience in the veterinary or human medical field.
  • Familiarity with payment collection processes.
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems.
  • Proven ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry.
  • Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
  • Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
