About The Position

Avon Lake Animal Clinic is an AAHA accredited hospital providing 24/7 small and companion animal care. We also care for exotic and pocket pets. With over 60 years of service to our community, we require motivated and energetic team members who possess great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. The Avon Lake Animal Clinic is proud to be a smoke-free campus with a drug free workplace policy. We are a fast paced 18-doctor practice located on our full-service pet health campus which also includes a daycare/boarding facility and pet grooming salon and boutique. Our vision is to build a brighter future for our clients and their pets. Our campus of connected teams and facilities provides them with virtually everything their pet could ever need. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and their pets.
• Handle client inquiries and provide information about services.
• Manage appointments and scheduling.
• Assist with client check-in and check-out processes.
• Maintain client records and ensure accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with veterinary staff.
• Handle financial transactions.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient clinic environment.
