About The Position

As a Client Service Representative on the Retirement Services team, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, supporting Account Managers and Account Executives, preparing materials for upcoming investment review meetings, processing investment change paperwork, and assisting with plan administration. You will collaborate with internal team members to deliver tailored solutions and support our clients in achieving their retirement plan goals.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with internal team members to implement MMA Midwest’s service strategy, ensuring timely delivery of client meeting materials and accurate processing of investment change paperwork.
  • Builds strong client relationships through effective communication and a deep understanding of service plans, while managing multiple tasks and projects.
  • Manages time efficiently to prioritize tasks and maintain organization, ensuring cohesive service execution across the team.
  • Maintains client files and contact information while consistently following service workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity in investment review materials.
  • Fosters effective communication and collaboration by providing feedback in meetings, participating in service team discussions.
