About The Position

Answers and resolves telephone inquiries/requests initiated by customers or prospective customers in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner. Demonstrates skill and passion to deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience of a moderate complexity, while utilizing multiple customer communication channels, which may include voice, mail, email, chat, AI related inquiries, etc.

Requirements

  • Home internet hard wired to modem with minimum 100mbps download and 20mbps upload speed.
