Requirements

• Minimum five years of related experience required.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Consults and advises internal stakeholders in all areas of operational processes as it relates to client services.
• Formulates strategic recommendations on the resolution of complex operational issues.
• Leverages analysis of departmental performance metrics and trend data to develop informed recommendations that align with and advance client services operations priorities.
• Identifies and addresses critical impediments to operational efficiency, driving improvements that enhance the sustained effectiveness of the team’s day-to-day activities.
• Leads controls, quality assurance, and auditing for the department. Applies strong knowledge of operational rules and regulations related to client services. Supports effective risk management and regulatory oversight.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
