About The Position

The Private Client Marketing & Placement Specialist is a technical insurance expert who designs, markets, and places complex personal insurance programs for affluent and high-net-worth clients. Working closely with producers, account managers, and carrier partners, the specialist develops coverage solutions, negotiates with underwriters, and secures suitable terms for sophisticated risks. The role may be suitable for an experienced account manager, underwriter, or marketing specialist who can work part-time. Hylant describes itself as a family-owned insurance brokerage founded in 1935, with a people-first culture centered on relationships, trust, collaboration, and supporting employees’ careers.
