We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to lead and develop our Client Service team while helping shape the future of our growing practice. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related client service environment
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or developing team members
  • Experience improving processes and creating operational efficiencies
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships across all levels of an organization
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate difficult conversations and resolve challenges professionally

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Industry licensing or active pursuit of licensing preferred
  • Experience within a wealth management practice is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop Client Service team members through regular feedback, goal setting, and professional development conversations
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Support team members in building confidence, expanding skills, and achieving professional growth
  • Develop, document, and improve workflows, procedures, and service standards
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Partner with advisors and leadership on strategic initiatives and firm-wide improvements
  • Monitor team capacity, workload distribution, and priorities to ensure sustainable success
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Assist with performance management and career development initiatives
  • Provide guidance through challenging situations and help facilitate thoughtful conflict resolution
  • Lead change initiatives and help the team successfully adapt to evolving business needs
  • Promote and model Ardent’s values, culture, and commitment to exceptional service
