Client Service Manager - Revenue

About The Position

The Client Service Manager is a manager within the Client Service and Analysis unit. The incumbent will have exposure to all facets of the Client Service Managers’ interactions with Clients, the production and analysis of revenue-related data, and will be part of a highly effective team. This position will be the primary liaison between multiple Client accounts and Medical Group Business Services (MGBS). Additional duties will include providing analytic support, problem-solving, and communication on all matters about physician billing needs. The incumbent will interface directly with the Physician and Revenue Cycle Leadership teams to proactively research, identify, communicate, and assist in resolving operational and payor-related trends that impact the Client-specific and overall Professional Revenue Cycle.

Requirements

  • Managerial experience within a Client Service and Analysis unit.
  • Experience with production and analysis of revenue-related data.
  • Experience in providing analytic support.
  • Experience in problem-solving.
  • Experience in communication regarding physician billing needs.
  • Experience interfacing with leadership teams.
  • Experience researching, identifying, communicating, and resolving operational and payor-related trends.
