Freestone is looking for a Managing Director of Client Service. This person is responsible for overseeing the Client Service Associates (CSAs) serving our clients. This leader will cultivate relationships across the organization and is responsible for helping to shape the client service model and business management by defining clear roles and responsibilities for our client service team and by overseeing daily operations related to the team’s management. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading people and setting direction for the team, modeling best-in-class client service practices, and rolling up their sleeves to drive outcomes across the organization. This person partners closely with the Head of Client Advisory to lead the development, implementation, and management of all elements of the firm’s client experience. The right candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into increased responsibility and leadership.
