As a Personal Lines Client Service Manager I, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (0+ years in client service or claims management) OR a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Producer’s License
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Proactive approach to managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to engage in consultative discussions
  • Ability to explain complex issues in simple terms
  • Ability to work independently to achieve goals

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance knowledge
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Financial acumen

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
  • Work closely with our Production team to lead the renewal process, delivering tailored solutions that align with client goals.
  • Secure existing business, drive the sale of additional services, or coordinate resources to address risk management needs.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, stepping in when Producers or Account Executives are unavailable.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing care and communication.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.
  • Support Producers and Account Executives in managing client accounts.
  • Drive client retention and satisfaction by addressing their unique needs.
