Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry
  • 5+ years of experience in a Client Service position
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Wellness plans, funding arrangements, and compliance
  • Demonstrated leadership or team oversight experience
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Life & Health insurance license required

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of client service delivery for assigned Health & Welfare accounts
  • Partner with Producers to develop and execute client strategies and service plans
  • Serve as the senior day-to-day contact for clients; build and maintain strong, consultative relationships
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, enhancing client outcomes through strategic and consultative service delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources (analytics, compliance, pharmacy, wellness, carriers, vendors) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Oversee renewal, implementation, and ongoing plan management activities
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverables, including reports, communications, and compliance requirements
  • Identify client needs and recommend solutions to improve program effectiveness and outcomes
  • Proactively manage service issues, risks, and escalations to resolution
  • Support business development efforts, including client retention and identification of growth opportunities
  • Champion branch initiatives, operational priorities, and best practices
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team environment
