This role provides exceptional client service through strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills. The representative serves as the initial point of contact for clients, responding to requests for investment, fund, and account information, and resolving general and complex account issues. The position follows standardized procedures to meet client needs, may conduct research for complex requests, and documents client and team feedback to support service improvement efforts. A consultative approach is used to position products and services, and the representative develops functional expertise of Vanguard funds, products, and services, as well as knowledge of the Financial Services industry and related legal, tax, and regulatory issues. Participation and contribution to learning and development across the team are expected, along with performing other duties as assigned.
