The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for representing the HairClub brand, managing front desk operations, achieving financial KPIs and targets, and preserving lifetime members. This role requires a strong focus on exceptional member experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure. Requirements

  • At least one (1) year previous guest service experience
  • Point of sale system and other business software experience
  • Efficient with all Microsoft programs
  • Hyper-focused on exceptional member experience

Responsibilities

  • Represent the HairClub brand by greeting and engaging members with a hospitality spirit, exhibiting knowledge about the company, memberships, and products, and providing accurate information in all interactions.
  • Ensure a clean and orderly front desk and waiting rooms are kept.
  • Manage front desk operations including calling members and non-members prior to and after scheduled appointments, scheduling all existing and new member appointments, and entering accurate information in the client relationship management platform and/or point of sale system.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, and notify appropriate team members and document member follow-up needs.
  • Ensure the cash drawer and daily transactions are properly accounted for and execute accurate and thorough daily closing procedures.
  • Achieve financial KPIs and targets by collecting accounts receivable, executing membership renewals, obtaining add-on sales, obtaining retail sales, and performing other various fee management activities.
  • Assist in maintaining appropriate retail, laser and hair inventories.
  • Preserve lifetime members by educating them on products, memberships, and referral programs, managing memberships, ensuring all members receive services and products they are entitled to, and processing renewals accurately and timely.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
