About The Position

Our growing, customer-focused local business is looking for a reliable, well-organized and sales-oriented Office Manager to direct day-to-day operations. The Office Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, leading phone-based sales efforts, and managing all aspects of field operations.

Requirements

  • Friendly and professional on the phone
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using scheduling software and basic office tools
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and proactive in solving problems

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service or administrative experience
  • Scheduling or dispatch experience in a service business (HVAC, landscaping, pool service, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM or scheduling systems

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming client calls and emails
  • Respond to service inquiries and provide basic pricing information
  • Schedule pool services including maintenance, openings, repairs, and inspections
  • Follow up with clients regarding appointments and service updates
  • Manage the daily service schedule for technicians
  • Coordinate appointments to ensure efficient routes and coverage
  • Adjust schedules when weather or service needs change
  • Support the team in maintaining organized service record
  • Ensure customers receive prompt and professional communication
  • Address questions and service requests in a helpful manner
  • Help identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate
  • Assist in maintaining high customer satisfaction
