About The Position

The Client Service Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Sales Representatives while delivering exceptional service to clients. Acting as a key partner to the sales team, this position provides proactive operational, organizational, and client support to help drive business growth and maintain strong customer relationships. This role serves as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, handling service requests, processing policy changes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate results. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In addition, Responsibilities include preparing quotes, proposals, and renewal documentation, gathering and verifying client information, and ensuring submissions are accurate and completed on time. No prior insurance experience is necessary - we provide excellent training.

Requirements

  • Two-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Prefer a minimum of three years' customer service experience; prefer one year in a call center or inside sales environment
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Office programs and an ability to work in multiple applications
  • Ability to successfully complete the training program; including learning about Property & Casualty and Life/Disability insurance concepts and coverages
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • Juggles multiple competing priorities and tasks.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to detail
