This role is responsible for bill intake, validation, processing, and quality control while ensuring adherence to Wealth Management policies, authentication requirements, and segregation‑of‑duties controls. The role requires strong technical proficiency across multiple systems and the ability to independently manage workflows, resolve exceptions, and maintain high service standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as the role includes interaction with clients and internal stakeholders, including performing verification callbacks and resolving time‑sensitive exceptions.
