About The Position

Natoma Wealth is a fast-paced financial advisory practice based in Folsom, CA. We are a client-centric team that provides a holistic approach to wealth management. We're searching for a Client Service and Operations Associate who naturally has a “do what it takes” attitude to support a seasoned team while providing a quality experience our clients have come to expect. You will report to the Managing Director.

Requirements

  • Team player, strong work ethic, and expresses a “client first” attitude
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook competency
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Process-driven tasking and follow up skills
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to accomplish a variety of tasks in a detailed, efficient, and organized manner
  • Minimum 3 or more years of experience with Financial Service and or Client Service
  • Series 65. If not licensed it must be achieved within 6 months of hire.
  • Other licenses may be required over time
  • You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or have other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS degree preferred in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field

Responsibilities

  • Timely, consistent and accurate completion of operational tasks, activities and workflows including account services and transaction processing
  • Field client requests and complete tasks, following through to ensure our client's needs are met while following compliance standards
  • Ensure the prospect and client experience is performed as designed by managing and following the prospect and client timelines, and completing multi-step tasks
  • Work with our custodian (Fidelity and Charles Schwab) to open accounts, obtain account information and complete service requests
  • Document and update contact information, status updates, and other important information within the CRM database. (Salesforce)
  • First contact for clients and visitors in the office and by phone demonstrating high levels of meaningful engagement
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Opportunity to learn different functions within the practice by supporting multiple roles
  • Assist Marketing with client events and client gifts
  • Assist the team in operational, administrative, and marketing functions
