The Associate provides trust administration support to enable assigned Trust Officer(s) to effectively manage accounts while maintaining an optimal level of client service. This role involves performing day-to-day trust administration functions, interfacing with various support areas, and understanding Trust Agreements. The Associate will monitor accounts, use cash forecasting, build client relationships, identify client needs and revenue enhancement opportunities, and resolve client requests. They will also assist the Trust Officer in managing business pipeline activity, preparing for client meetings, and ensuring high-quality administration of accounts. The role requires adherence to KeyBank policies and procedures, including ethical conduct and acting in the best interests of clients.
