Our client is a growing private wealth firm looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join their team. The Client Service Associate will play a key role in supporting daily client service operations, helping manage financial transactions, assisting with reporting and bill pay, and ensuring clients receive the high level of service they expect. Our client works with high-net-worth individuals, including professional athlete clients, which makes this role both unique and exciting. The right person will be comfortable handling confidential financial information, managing multiple priorities, and working closely with advisors and internal team members to keep things moving efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in accounting, administration, bookkeeping, client service, or a similar detail-oriented role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a growing firm environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional client service mindset.
  • Comfort handling confidential financial information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems, databases, financial planning tools, or client service platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Managing daily client service requests with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.
  • Tracking and processing a high volume of client money movements and transactions.
  • Preparing monthly expense reports and supporting client bill pay processes.
  • Helping maintain accurate client records through the firm’s CRM and planning systems.
  • Supporting client onboarding, billing, compliance, and back-office processes.
  • Taking ownership of client transactions from start to finish, including tracking, follow-up, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborating with advisors and administrative team members to improve processes and create a more efficient client experience.
  • Providing support to teammates when needed and contributing to a team-first culture.
  • Helping identify ways to make internal systems, workflows, and client service processes better.
