Requirements

  • High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  • A knack for staying organized and meeting deadlines.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and professionally, whether in writing or over the phone.
  • Comfort using tools and systems to create documents and manage data.
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to support your team.
  • A focus on delivering high-quality work that meets client needs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
  • Previous experience managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Help ensure smooth operations by supporting the branch’s workflow processes.
  • Create essential documents like certificates and reports, assist with client communications, and help maintain data accuracy.
  • Directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of the team.
  • Help the team deliver on their promise of excellence by adhering to timelines and standards.
