Seasonal Client Service Associate - Full Time
About The Position
We are hiring a full-time seasonal Client Service Associate to support our office during the busy tax season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great customer service, and gaining experience with office operations. As the first point of contact for our clients , you will greet clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, and help ensure a positive experience while clients wait for their tax preparation services. This position is primarily based at our County Road 6 location , with occasional shifts at our McKinley office for training and support during high-volume days.
Requirements
- Customer service experience required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable using computers and ability to learn new technology quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability required
- No early mornings or late evenings, weekend availability required
