About The Position

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Associate to join its Commercial team. The role supports clients by helping solve challenges and delivering tailored insurance solutions, while collaborating with colleagues to provide meaningful client service. Responsibilities include supporting renewals and new business, processing certificates of insurance, maintaining accurate client and policy information, improving workflows, and helping ensure compliance and service quality.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work with teams across Gallagher.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree, professional certification, or equivalent training.
Experience managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the renewal process by delivering timely, high-quality solutions to clients.
Support new business activity by handling applications, compiling client information, and preparing accurate proposals for potential clients.
Process certificates of insurance and keep client and policy data up to date in Gallagher’s systems.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes, meet goals, and maintain high productivity standards.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and service standards.
Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
Manage multiple priorities and complete tasks on time.
Build strong relationships with clients and their representatives, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
