We are seeking a detail-oriented client services professional to join our team. This role is ideal for an early career professional who excels in client service, operations, and project management within the financial services industry. In this role, you will foster strong client relationships and provide high-level operational and administrative support to advisors and team members. The ideal candidate has 2 or more years of client service experience in the financial services industry and has or is willing to obtain the Series 65 license.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Finance or Business degree preferred).
  • 2–4+ years of experience in a client service role within financial services.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Nice To Haves

  • Series 65 (or equivalent) or ability to obtain upon hire is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted resource for clients, ensuring smooth account operations and exceptional service, while working closely with advisors and the broader client service team.
  • Build a strong rapport with advisors, anticipating their needs and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Take ownership of key administrative functions while expanding into higher-level client service responsibilities.
  • Develop deep expertise in our internal account management systems to independently generate and analyze ad hoc reports, respond to client inquiries with confidence and precision, prepare comprehensive meeting materials, process trade tickets and execute transactions seamlessly, and manage account-related tasks (cash movement, wires, journals, etc.) with minimal supervision.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and office management responsibilities as needed to support the team.
