About The Position
Work with us this tax season and receive a FREE tax return prepared by our professionals — a $400–$700 value! We are hiring a full-time seasonal Client Service Associate to support our office during the busy tax season. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain valuable office and customer service experience in a professional environment . As the first point of contact for our clients , you will greet visitors, confirm appointments, assist with client flow, and support the office team to ensure every client has a positive experience. This position is primarily based at our County Road 6 location , with occasional shifts at our McKinley office for training and support during high-volume days.
Requirements
- Customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and create a welcoming office environment
- Confirm appointments and assist with scheduling
- Follow up with past and potential clients
- Provide administrative and customer service support
