About The Position

We are seeking knowledgeable and compassionate medical professionals to join our team as Customer Service Associates at IV Nutrition. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical field within a calm, spa-like environment focused on holistic health and preventive care. The position is ideal for CNAs, MAs, EMTs, or Nursing Students looking to build their careers while supporting balance, connection, and purpose. In this role, you will be involved in IV infusions and vitamin injections, client interaction, administrative tasks, and maintaining clinic operations.

Requirements

CNA, MA, EMT, Nursing Student, or someone passionate about personal health
Strong customer service skills
Excellent bedside manner and communication
A positive, client-centered approach
Passion for holistic health and wellness

Responsibilities

Involved in IV infusions and vitamin injections
Answering phone calls
Booking appointments
Taking vital signs
Keeping clients comfortable while receiving their IVs
Assess vitals prior to treatment
Document client interactions and treatment outcomes
Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
Collaborate with a supportive team and clinic leadership
Receive training in nutrition-based infusion therapies
Support other wellness initiatives and daily clinic operations
Disconnect IV's while maintaining an aseptic environment
