Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
• Eagerness to learn and demonstrated passion for the financial services industry
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• 1+ years’ of work experience exhibiting strong attention to detail and accountability for processes
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work independently following training
• Demonstrated history of critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, financial planning software, and/or innovative AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Proven background in roles that require creative problem-solving and proactive decision-making
• Genuine interest in expanding knowledge and skills toward a future career in financial advising

Responsibilities

• Ensure client data and paperwork are perfectly prepared for meetings each week, averaging 15-20 appointments
• Master multiple software systems to efficiently support client needs and meeting preparation
• Coordinate essential pre- and post-meeting tasks for smooth client interactions
• Train to support trades and handle client paperwork during meetings
• Learn and master our process for preparing advisors’ recommendations
• Bring fresh perspective and problem-solving to operational challenges
• Support client-facing tasks with growth into answering basic financial planning requests
• Develop and grow with the firm for potential future role in management and/or advisory pathways
