Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update account information as necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Assist clients with onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Monitor client accounts to identify potential problems or opportunities for improved service.
  • Prepare and deliver client communications including reports, updates, and follow-ups.
