About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our Commercial Lines / Entertainment team. Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and partner insurance carriers.

Requirements

  • Hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)
  • Have at least 2+ years of related insurance experience (experience within the Entertainment space is preferred)
  • EPIC Experience a plus
  • Currently licensed in good standing
  • Have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • High school or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • college degree strongly preferred
  • experience within the Entertainment space is preferred
  • EPIC Experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the management of the entire account-service process
  • Markets to carriers
  • Prepares quotes and proposals
  • Checks policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
  • Coordinates premium financing and the collection of premiums, as needed
