Under direct supervision, the Client Service Associate uses intermediate skills obtained through experience and training to assist Financial Advisors and provide clients with quality service. The role follows established procedures for routine tasks and receives general guidance for non-routine tasks with limited decision-making responsibility. Routine contact with internal and external customers is required to obtain, clarify, or provide facts and information. The Client Service Associate provides high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors, their prospective and existing clients, and other branch staff members.
