Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
Solid balancing and customer service skills.
Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client's needs.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish languages.

Responsibilities

Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with policies and procedures, maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
Identify and address client needs by providing services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
Resolve client problems through direct action or referral to appropriate resources.
Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities by exploring client needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
