About The Position

Amegy Bank is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Client Service Associate (Teller) for its Old Town Spring branch in Spring, Texas. This front-line role serves as a representative of the bank, delivering customer service, building client relationships, and assisting customers with everyday banking needs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, banking, cash handling, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with computers and cash handling systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule within the listed hours, including Saturdays.

• Prior cash handling or customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately within authorized limits, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and follow established cash controls.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Perform banking activities such as account maintenance, issuing counter checks, processing transfers, and accepting loan payments.
• Proactively cross-sell bank products that align with client needs to deepen relationships.
• Comply with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate them to appropriate resources.
• Safeguard client information and follow security and confidentiality protocols.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Support branch operations and complete additional duties as assigned.
