About The Position

Amegy Bank is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused professional to serve as a part-time Client Service Associate (Teller) at its Westchase branch in Houston, Texas. In this front-line role, the associate represents the bank, delivers exceptional service, builds client relationships, and assists customers with everyday banking needs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, banking, cash handling, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with computers and cash handling systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule within the listed hours.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately within authorized limits, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and follow cash controls.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Perform banking activities including account maintenance, issuing counter checks, processing transfers, and accepting loan payments.
• Proactively cross-sell bank products that align with client needs to deepen relationships.
• Comply with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate them to appropriate resources.
• Protect client information and follow security and confidentiality protocols.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Support branch operations and complete additional duties as assigned.
