About The Position

Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma (DLO) is seeking a Client Service Assistant for their Oklahoma City, OK location. This position operates on a Day Shift schedule, working four 10-hour shifts. The role involves reporting to work on time and prepared, performing assigned duties, and maintaining a positive, professional, and supportive attitude. Team collaboration and contributing to a respectful, productive work environment are essential.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of clinical laboratory or customer service experience in a call center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contacting customers by phone, fax, and mail or as directed by Supervisor to report laboratory results to clients using established protocols.
• Documenting reporting or call history in the patient file and maintaining appropriate records.
• Contacting clients to resolve routine matters related to patient testing and result reporting.
• Using established protocols for reporting client concerns.
• Escalating complex client issues to the appropriate individual/department.
• Providing input on quality improvement opportunities to Supervisor.
• Providing clerical support.
• Performing other duties as required to meet the client’s requirements.
