In this customer-facing role within the Client Service organization of the Investment Services division, you will be responsible for overseeing end-of-night service performance, managing projects, and coordinating across cross-functional operations and technology teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for our clients. The role serves as a primary point of contact combining service governance, relationship oversight, and solutioning capabilities to enhance the client experience through the power of One State Street. You will be joining the Investment Services function that allows us to deliver a comprehensive, holistic approach to each client relationship — for asset managers and asset owners, insurance companies, and official institutions globally.
