About The Position

DMI, LLC is seeking a Client Service Asset Management Lead.

Requirements

• ITIL v4 Foundation required
• A minimum of 10 years of experience performing IT hardware asset management functions and responsibilities in a large enterprise.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Hardware and Software Asset Management, IAITAM, CAMP.
• A strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and software license management is crucial.
• Ability to quickly resolve unexpected IT challenges.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle complex asset lifecycle tasks.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends, optimize spending, and report on asset status.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with IT asset management software, software license managemnt, inventory management, and data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel
• Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Nice To Haves

• ITIL v4 Leader/Strategist/Specialist, or ITIL v3 Intermediate certification
