Duties and Responsibilities: ITIL v4 Foundation required , ITIL v4 Leader/Strategist/Specialist, or ITIL v3 Intermediate certification preferred A minimum of 10 years of experience performing IT hardware asset management functions and responsibilities in a large enterprise. Educational background: a. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Applicable certifications desired: Certified Hardware and Software Asset Management, IAITAM, CAMP. Knowledge base: A strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and software license management is crucial. Problem-solving skills: Ability to quickly resolve unexpected IT challenges. Project management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle complex asset lifecycle tasks. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data to identify trends, optimize spending, and report on asset status. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Technical skills: Proficiency with IT asset management software, software license managemnt, inventory management, and data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel
