About The Position

DMI, LLC is seeking a Client Service Asset Management Lead. Duties and Responsibilities: ITIL v4 Foundation required , ITIL v4 Leader/Strategist/Specialist, or ITIL v3 Intermediate certification preferred A minimum of 10 years of experience performing IT hardware asset management functions and responsibilities in a large enterprise. Educational background: a. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Applicable certifications desired: Certified Hardware and Software Asset Management, IAITAM, CAMP. Knowledge base: A strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and software license management is crucial. Problem-solving skills: Ability to quickly resolve unexpected IT challenges. Project management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle complex asset lifecycle tasks. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data to identify trends, optimize spending, and report on asset status. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Technical skills: Proficiency with IT asset management software, software license managemnt, inventory management, and data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel

Requirements

ITIL v4 Foundation required
A minimum of 10 years of experience performing IT hardware asset management functions and responsibilities in a large enterprise.
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
A strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and software license management is crucial.
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle complex asset lifecycle tasks.
Ability to analyze data to identify trends, optimize spending, and report on asset status.
Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency with IT asset management software, software license managemnt, inventory management, and data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel
Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
