This role will provide first-line service to North American prospects and clients, contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction. The specialist will troubleshoot account and billing issues, process orders, handle inquiries, and manage complex service requests via phone, email, and chat. They will also provide system training on Mercer’s proprietary platforms and identify and convert leads into sales through needs-based assessments. Seasonal outreach to prior participants and purchasers for compensation and benefits surveys is also a key responsibility. The role involves leveraging internal resources and subject-matter experts to resolve issues that fall outside standard processes.
