Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in client service, account support, or a related field
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with data, reporting tools, or analytics is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary day-to-day contact supporting client needs and requests
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client products and services
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term success
  • Partner with internal teams to support service delivery and resolve issues
  • Monitor service performance and ensure client expectations are met
  • Research and analyze client inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Participate in client meetings and support client engagements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of platforms, tools, and data solutions
  • Quickly learn new systems and technologies to support evolving client needs
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance
  • Support training and onboarding for clients and internal team members
  • Assist in delivering training on tools, platforms, and processes
  • Build technical and client service expertise in a dynamic environment
  • Gain exposure to data, analytics, and technology-driven solutions
  • Develop skills in client relationship management and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and experienced professionals
