Requirements
- At least two years of Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance experience
- Wisconsin Property & Casualty license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Desire to be part of a growing and collaborative team
- Enthusiasm, exceptional communication skills, and a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with an assigned book of clientele and insurance carriers
- Manage policy documentation, endorsements, and renewals
- Collaborate with underwriters to assess and understand clients' unique risks
- Work with dedicated sales and service teams to plan and execute client service plans
