About The Position

All-Brite Glass & Tint is opening a new chapter in Calgary and is looking for an exceptional Client Service Advisor to help bring their "Better Lives Through Better Glass" philosophy to Western Canada. This is a "Trusted Advisor" position, not just a front-desk role, where the individual will be the go-to person for clients. The role requires fluency across auto glass, commercial glass, residential glass, and window film, with the ability to quote, sell, and stand behind the work.

Requirements

  • Dual-discipline experience: BOTH auto glass AND commercial/residential glass & tint (non-negotiable for this role)
  • A track record of impeccable customer service — the kind that earns 5-star reviews and word-of-mouth referrals
  • Quoting and selling chops across all four service lines — windshields, flat glass, sealed units, and film

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every client (in-shop, phone, email, text, online) with the WOW Experience
  • Build accurate, competitive quotes across auto, commercial, residential, and tint
  • Confidently consult, sell, and upsell — explaining the why behind every recommendation
  • Coordinate schedules between auto bays, mobile crews, and architectural install teams
  • Manage the client journey from first call to post-install follow-up
  • Process payments, invoices, and insurance documentation with precision
  • Be the bridge between clients, technicians, installers, and leadership
  • Keep our showroom and client lounge looking — and feeling — Allbrite
