About The Position

Skyline Wealth Strategies is seeking a highly organized, client-focused Client Service Advisor to join our Advisor Development Track. This role supports client service, booking operations, CRM governance, client lifecycle management, Money-In-Flight tracking, referral and seminar support, and advisor preparation workflows. This position is designed as a long-term development path into a future Financial Advisor role. The successful candidate will help institutionalize Skyline’s BKS function, strengthen the client experience platform, and support the firm’s next phase of advisor capacity and growth. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of client-facing experience, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, CRM proficiency, and a desire to grow into an advisory career. Experience in wealth management, insurance, financial services, hospitality, medical, or legal service environments is preferred. Series 65 and Texas General Lines licenses are preferred, but candidates actively pursuing licensing may also be considered. This is a full-time, in-office role with a Year 1 target total compensation of $80,000, including a $60,000 base salary and $20,000 target commission.

Responsibilities

  • Managing booking workflows, advisor calendars, and appointment accuracy
  • Supporting Skyline’s white-glove client service experience
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and lifecycle documentation
  • Coordinating client follow-up, Quarterly Check-Ins, and Continuity Reviews
  • Tracking Money-In-Flight and supporting new business processing
  • Supporting referrals, seminars, RSVPs, prospect bookings, and client engagement
  • Developing toward future Associate Advisor and Financial Advisor responsibilities
