About The Position

HearingLife Canada is the largest provider of hearing healthcare services in Canada. They work with the National Campaign for Better Hearing to provide life-changing hearing care and raise awareness about hearing loss. HearingLife has over 350 clinics across Canada with the vision to help more people hear better. This role is for a customer service expert who enjoys making connections, solving problems, and helping clients. The position focuses on client-centered care and offers the opportunity to change clients' lives. The role is based in Kingston, Ontario.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in Microsoft excel

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering top-notch customer care.
  • Greet clients, manage inbound phone calls and emails and answer customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage and adjust clinician schedules, book appointments, and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Organize and tidy the client waiting areas and ensure supplies are stocked and ready.
  • Assist clinicians by maintaining client files, managing stock orders, and ensuring clinic operations run smoothly.
  • Handle basic hearing aid maintenance, help with events, and support local promotions.
  • Process payments, track insurance claims, accounts receivable management and maintaining inventory.
