About The Position

Fosdick Fulfillment Corporation, a leader in fulfillment services, has a full time Client Service Administrator available in our Wallingford, CT location Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Must have reliable transportation to be able to travel between our CT facilities in Berlin, Meriden and New Britain. The Client Service Administrator coordinates work involving the establishment of client requirements within the framework of the Fosdick Corporation’s policies and procedures. We strive to provide the highest level of client satisfaction possible. The purpose of this position is to ensure that the fulfillment requirements of clients are effectively communicated to responsible Fosdick Corporation departments and that the appropriate Fosdick Corporation’s systems and procedures are in place to accommodate them. The Client Service Administrator position works under the general direction of the Client Service Manager or Administrative Manager.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university in Communications, Business Administration or related field, plus one to three years’ experience in Client Services/Account Management, Project Management, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to acquire techniques for effectively handling client inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Contacts clients to obtain additional information in order to set up the system to accommodate their specific fulfillment requirements.
  • Arranges and facilitates meetings with clients and internal departments to discuss set-up needs. Maintains clear, concise and accurately documented communications with clients. If applicable, reviews scripting and works with the client and processor to implement client or offer.
  • Is engaged in departmental activities concerning their clients, such as production, programming, returns, accounting, customer service, and others, through scheduled client visits, report analysis, and departmental interaction.
  • Ensure clients are set up to receive necessary reporting. Review reporting with clients, review website and report legends.
  • Ensure postage levels and funding are sufficient to cover any large shipments/special requests.
  • Identifies billable services and programming requirements of assigned clients and alerts appropriate individuals. Works with Client Service Manager on any new billable efforts, participates in the quoting process.
  • Prepares job overviews and addendums, updating them as needed. Evaluates and prepares program request forms for which program changes are required for setting up new jobs and when existing jobs are modified.
  • Seeks opportunities to promote sales and new business with existing accounts.
  • Investigates client complaints and problems and proposes solutions to expedite required services to assure client satisfaction within the governing policies and obligations of the Fosdick Fulfillment Corporation. Reports any problems or concerns to the Client Service Manager.
  • Oversees and performs project management for all client projects.
  • Performs other job-related duties as required.
