Service products that contribute to the continued growth, profitability and retention of business. Manage the overall delivery of benefits and services for assigned clients. Responsible for an ownership of all customer service results. Our business continues to evolve and change and in order to respond to these changes CSI will remain committed to a flexible work force allowing positions to evolve and change to respond to the needs of our business. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
