Responsibilities

• Executes intermediate inbound and outbound sales marketing activities, using established guidelines, and under supervision.
• Identifies customer requirements and matches them with product or service offerings.
• Provides the customer with appropriate product and service information, including legal information and processes.
• Gathers all necessary information to update the database.
• Serves as an escalation point for lower-level employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
